Born Pink, BLACKPINK's second full-length studio album, debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart after selling 102,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. during the weekend of September 22.

The South Korean quartet's full-length debut, The Album, debuted and peaked at No. 2 in October 2020, giving rise to Born Pink, which debuted at No. 10.

Born Pink follows BTS' Proof and Stray Kids' Stray Kids Mini Album Ordinary as the third album by a South Korean act to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in 2022.

Born Pink is primarily in English, with some Korean lyrics, as opposed to other two albums, which are primarily in Korean.

The Billboard 200 chart lists the top albums of the week in the United States based on Luminate's compilation of multi-metric consumption measured in equivalent album units.

 "Pink Venom" is a big hit outside of the United States; it spent three weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Global Excl. chart and two weeks at the top of the Billboard Global 200.
